Mohamed leads both the commercial and delivery sides of StartSmart. He heads the sales team that brings in new entrepreneurs and investors, and oversees company formation and licensing across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions. For clients, he's the first point of contact and the person who keeps everything moving — from first conversation to fully operational business, with one person who always knows where your file stands and what comes next.

Omar leads StartSmart's technology and digital services. He builds custom software, web platforms, and digital products for clients across the UAE, while also developing the internal systems and tools that keep StartSmart running efficiently. He brings over a decade of software development experience from prior roles in the UAE tech sector, turning business requirements — his clients' and the firm's own — into scalable systems that deliver measurable results.
